YTS 4/16 BRAIDING MACHINE

Yitai High-speed Braiding Machines are used to produce a variety of elastic or non-elastic ropes, draw cords, shoelaces etc.It comes with 2,4,6,8 heads with a number of spindles available such as 8,9,12, 13,16,17,21,24,32,40 etc. There are three bobbin sizes available 47*114mm, 48*140mm,70*210mm. Application: It’s used to make a variety of ropes, shoelaces, high-tensile strength cords, finishing net thread, fishing line, laces, elastic sporting accessories, curtain accessories etc. Features:

The base plate is highly anti-deformation due to its own material and the process of aging treatment.
Material is SG cast iron QT600 featuring high strength,high anti-corrosion, high anti-oxidation.
Well-constructed boards consists of two pieces of them which makes installation easy whereas not easy to be out of shape.
Heat treatment increases hardness and abrasion-resistance of the board.
