As time flows and the year draws to a close, Xiamen YITAI held its 2025 Year-End Team Building & Gala Event themed “Singing at Year-End to Embark on a New Journey, Uniting as One for the Future” . The event aimed to comprehensively review the company’s 2025 achievements, enhance team cohesion, and co-draw the blueprint for future development. Year-End Review: Looking Back on Efforts and Discussing Growth Together
The departmental year-end summary meeting was officially held in the company conference room. Company leaders delivered opening speeches first, comprehensively reviewing the company’s development process and outstanding achievements in core business sectors such as the Textile Machinery Department and Automobile Department in 2025, and affirming the hard work and outstanding contributions of all employees. A special “20th Anniversary of Agency” birthday session was set up at the meeting. With the melodious birthday song and the sweet cutting of the cake, the warm atmosphere paid tribute to 20 years of dedication and perseverance, and injected warm strength into future development.
Heading to the Countryside: Setting Off for Joy
All employees gathered and took buses to the exclusive manor. The thoughtful arrangement of 4 people per car filled the journey with laughter. After arriving at the manor, employees signed in in an orderly manner, received exclusive gift packs, and took group photos in front of the themed sign-in board. From the warm winter gala dinner was held warmly at the manor dining tables. All employees took their seats in an orderly manner and shared delicious food. Bonfire Party & Fireworks: Starry Night Carnival and Embarking on a New Journey
After free communication and group photos, the bonfire party & fireworks feast officially began. In the flickering firelight, all employees stood in a circle, with songs and cheers interwoven. After the bonfire ended, gorgeous fireworks bloomed in the night sky, illuminating every expectant face and drawing a successful conclusion to 2025. After the host thanked everyone and announced the return time, all employees embarked on the return journey with warmth and strength.
